铁电、光电、热电功能薄膜材料及器件;宽禁带半导体晶体材料;非线性光学与超快结构动力学表征

本课题组长期致力于开发、使用同步辐射与自由电子激光 X 射线散射、中子散射、超快光谱、扫描探针显微镜等先进表征方法,并结合薄膜生长制备以及相场理论模拟手段,综合探究铁电功能材料在多场耦合条件下的跨尺度结构与动力学性质,力图为其使役性能的提升和器件应用的发展提供基础认知与创新源动力。迄今以第一、通讯作者身份在 Nature(入选当期封面文章)、Nature CommunicationsAdvanced MaterialsNano Letters等国际高水平期刊上发表论文30余篇,在ScienceNature Materials等期刊上合作发表论文70余篇,总引用3000余次。主持、参与国家自然科学基金委原创探索计划项目、面上项目、科技部重点研发计划、企业横向研发课题等科研项目。课题组近期主要聚焦于铁电外延薄膜的生长制备、非线性光学与超快动力学表征、以及太赫兹调制与电光调制器件等研究方向。已拥有激光分子束外延薄膜沉积、钛宝石飞秒放大激光器系统、布里奇曼单晶生长炉以及多套自主设计搭建的光电测试装置,与国内外X射线自由电子激光、同步辐射、超快电子衍射等多个大科学装置建立了稳定的合作联系。每年可招收1-2名博士生,长期欢迎博士后加入本组。
