课题组近年来主要围绕铁电薄膜光子学前沿交叉方向,开展新型铁电薄膜的外延生长、非线性光学与超快动力学表征、以及太赫兹与集成光子学器件研究。迄今以第一、通讯作者身份在Nature、Nature Physics、Nat. Commun.、Light Sci. Appl.、Adv. Mater.等国际高水平期刊上发表论文40余篇,在Science、Nature Materials等期刊上合作发表论文90余篇,申请发明专利5项(已授权2项)。课题组承担教育部稳定支持计划项目、国家自然科学基金区域联合重点项目、原创探索计划项目、面上项目(两项)、北京市基金委杰青等重要科研项目,以及中核集团等企业横向研发项目。课题组现拥有混合分子束外延、脉冲激光沉积、射频磁控溅射、钛宝石飞秒放大激光器、强场太赫兹超快光谱、微波光子测试平台等多套自主设计搭建的先进光电测试装置,并与国内外X射线自由电子激光、同步辐射、超快电子衍射大科学装置建立了稳定的合作联系。课题组多人次博士生入选国自然优秀博士生基金项目、中国科协青托博士生专项,以及获得国家奖学金等荣誉奖励。每年可招收1-2名博士生,长期欢迎科研助理、博士后加入本组。
