专业特长:连铸工艺模拟仿真,大型钢锭/铸件宏观偏析控制
基本状况

清华大学材料学院教授,从事材料加工凝固模拟仿真研究与教学。中国重型机械工业协会大型铸锻件分会理事(2010);中国金属学会连铸理论与新技术委员会副主任委员(2007);中国系统仿真学会青年工作委员会委员(2007);教育部科技发展中心“教育部科技奖励”评审专家(2008);教育部留学服务中心“留学回国人员科研启动基金”评审专家(2003)。先后获清华大学骨干人才、留学回国人员基金及国家自然科学基金。承担宝钢、鞍钢、首钢、攀钢、马钢、中冶、中信、ArcelorMittal等大型企业项目。至2010年,发表期刊论文100余篇(SCI收录38篇、EI收录68篇);获发明专利4项。

“连铸钢水流动水力学模拟实验技术”于2004年通过清华大学实验技术成果鉴定,并获校实验技术成果二等奖。“马钢薄板轧机机架及5000t油压机横梁大型铸钢件的研制”项目于2004年通过安徽科学技术厅科学技术研究成果鉴定,并获2002至2003年度马钢技术进步奖一等奖及2005年冶金科学技术三等奖。连铸工艺模拟软件Visual-Cast及大型钢锭模拟软件FT-INGOT在多个企业、设计院应用。
