超细纤维材料

电化学储能材料、锂电材料的回收和锂盐提纯

电解水材料和科学

高性能纤维是引领我国新材料科学与产业的关键材料之一,在新能源、环境、航空航天等诸多领域都具有重要的科研价值和迫切的应用需求。尤其是,直径在亚微米和纳米尺度的超细纤维作为新概念材料,是高性能纤维学术研究及工程化应用的重点突破方向之一。在此领域中,围绕超细纤维的创新性制造方法、微纳结构的剖析与调控、性能的提升与应用拓展,尚存在大量亟需解决的科学难题和挑战。伍晖课题组聚焦于超细纤维材料领域,围绕超细纤维的成型新方法和原理、超细纤维的大规模制造、超细纤维功能化应用等基础科学问题展开了深入研究,主要内容包括:

1. 超细纤维的新型纺丝方法和理论:发展了气流喷射溶液纺丝(气纺丝)制备超细纤维的新方法,明晰了气纺丝过程中的多相流相互作用基础科学问题;揭示了气纺丝过程中溶液牵伸和纤维结构成型的机理;在此基础上,提出了基于卡门涡街原理的纤维细化方法和机制,实现了超细纤维的无针头高效气纺丝制备,并且形成了一套具有一定的普适性的气纺丝超细纤维成型方法和理论。

2. 超细纤维结构和性能的优化以及构效关联分析:围绕聚合物、陶瓷、碳和复合结构超细纤维的物理、化学性能开展了系列研究,重点剖析了超细陶瓷纤维的精细微观结构与其力学及应用性能间的构效关系,提出了基于双相纳米晶结构的柔性陶瓷大形变机制,揭示了超细陶瓷纤维的柔弹性机制,实现了具有高力学柔弹性、超低密度、低热导率等特征的宏观体陶瓷材料的可控制备。

3. 纳米纤维的宏量制备与应用实践:针对产业界面临的超细纤维大规模制造难题,研制出了具有自主知识产权的高集成度、连续自动化的气纺丝工业生产装备,实现了多种高通量、高宽幅、高稳定性纳米纤维的批量化制备,为超细纤维材料的工业化应用提供了制造平台;在此基础上,实现了高性能超细纤维材料在高温热防护、环境过滤、电池安全等领域的实际应用。

围绕超细纤维开展的主要研究工作

此外,伍晖课题组围绕电化学功能新概念材料开展研究,针对高效能电解水和大规模储能两个重要科学问题,发展电化学催化和储能材料。在基础科学问题方面:报道了低温冷冻环境抑制催化剂形核和生长的方法和机制;提出了基于陶瓷电解质-熔融锂金属负极的“固-液”界面高温电池构型。在材料制备与应用方面:实现了原子级分散和团簇结构的金属催化剂和富缺陷纳米催化材料的高通量合成;发展了基于陶瓷电解质-熔融金属锂的新型高温储能电池体系;发展了新型锂离子电池材料回收和锂盐提纯方法的研究。
