    1975年毕业于清华大学机械系后留校任教,1981年调到北京轻工业学院任教,1985-1991年在德国柏林工业大学攻读博士学位并工作,1992年回到清华大学材料系从事博士后研究。现为清华大学材料学院教授,博士生导师。

研究概况

    主要从事生物材料研究,在天然生物材料结构和矿化机理研究方面取得创新性成果。发表专著2本, SCI收录文章100多篇。获得授权中国发明专利20项。学术创新点如下:

1〕首次发现珍珠层及棱柱层中晶体取向畴结构

2)首次研究了钙离子浓度对于蛋白质调制矿化的影响规律

3) 提出仿生方法在钛表面沉积磷酸钙盐的机制

4〕首次证实在细菌细胞内含有银元素

5) 开发了新型抗菌陶瓷

6) 仿生制备出壳聚糖纤维增强的胶原基骨修复材料

7) 仿生制备出几种肝组织工程支架材料

8)仿生制备出几种可注射骨修复材料

9) 淡水球文石珍珠结构及其矿化机理研究

10)从珍珠层和鲤鱼耳石中提取了蛋白质,进行了表征和体外矿化模拟研究。
